Seine

Rhône & Saône
The Rhône and Saône are two mayor rivers in France who will bring you from the center to the south.

Between the central highlands and the Cevenne in the West and with the Alps in the East both rivers stream down from the hart of France to the Mediterranean sea.

Along their banks you will find colorful landscapes and charming little cities that make you experience “ the French Joy of living “.

Seine
The Seine is a 776 km long and an important commercial waterway within the Paris Basin in the north of France.

It rises at Source-Seine, 30 kilometers northwest of Dijon in northeastern France and flowing through .Paris and into the English Channel at Le Havre and Honfleur on the left bank.

It is navigable by ocean-going vessels as far as Rouen, the city of the 100 church towers. . Over 60% of its length, as far as Burgundy, is negotiable by commercial riverboats and nearly its whole length is available for recreational boating.

Excursion boats offer sightseeing tours of the “ Rive Droite and Rive Gauche “ within the city of Paris.

The Seine also passes through Normandy, a wonderful piece of art of beautiful nature.
